# Zero Overshoot (GSRF) — Evaluation License (Non-Production)

## 1. Grant

Subject to this license, BoonMind grants you a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable** license to use the evaluation materials in this package (`gsrf-eval`, `gsrf-bench`, sample code, and related docs) **solely for**:

- offline evaluation and technical validation on your own machines;
- internal R&D and proof-of-concept testing;
- reproducing metrics for decision-making about whether to pursue a commercial license.

## 2. What this is not

This license does **not** grant rights to:

- **production** use of any kind (including live plants, customer-facing products, SaaS, edge fleets, or paid services);
- redistribution of the materials as a product or embedded component;
- sublicensing, resale, or offering the filter as a hosted API;
- removing copyright, license, or disclaimer notices;
- using evaluation materials to train a competing commercial filter product for public sale.

## 3. Term

Evaluation use is permitted until BoonMind revokes the license or you obtain a commercial agreement that supersedes this text. BoonMind may publish updated evaluation terms; continued use after notice means acceptance of the update for new copies.

**Production deployment requires a separate commercial license from BoonMind.**

## 5. Evidence and results

Outputs of `gsrf-bench` on **your** data are **not** Zero Overshoot locked benchmark packs (phase6.2, excellence hunt v2, etc.). Public website numbers apply only to those packs under the published claim ladder. Local MAD/EMA wins or losses do not rewrite the public evidence ledger.

## 6. Warranty disclaimer

THE EVALUATION MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED **“AS IS”**, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE IN ANY ENVIRONMENT.

## 7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOONMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE EVALUATION MATERIALS.

## 8. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, copying, or running the evaluation materials, you accept this license. If you do not accept, do not use them.
