Commercial & licensing notes
Zero Overshoot (GSRF) is proprietary technology. Patent applications are in preparation / claims pending as applicable. It is not open-source software for production redistribution.
Research vs commercial
Research / evaluation means non-commercial assessment, testing, and academic research under evaluation terms. The public Python snippet on the Try it page and the gsrf-bench package under LICENSE-EVAL.md are evaluation-only (non-production). Research use does not include internal production tools, revenue-generating systems, or customer-facing services.
Commercial / production use requires a commercial license negotiated for scope, duration, and support.
Tiers (indicative)
Prices are packaging guidance; final terms are in the signed agreement.
Open / trial
Free eval
- Public identity docs + locked evidence pages
- Minimal GSRF Practical snippet for offline intuition
- Time-boxed evaluation discussion with BoonMind
- No production rights, redistribution, or SaaS embedding
Pro license
$5k / year (indicative)
- Commercial use for a defined product or system
- Validated presets (e.g. balanced / conservative / fast)
- Implementation package / wheels as available for the engagement
- Full documentation + claim ladder alignment for public wording
- Email support for integration questions within license scope
- Updates to the licensed filter artifacts during the term
Enterprise license
$50k+ / year (indicative)
- Everything in Pro, plus multi-system or platform scope as negotiated
- White-label or OEM embedding terms when agreed
- Custom adaptation (e.g. adaptive x* policy, domain presets)
- Integration support workshops / design review
- SLA options (response times as contracted)
- Optional Audit Workbench evaluation packaging for internal validation teams
Quantum license
$100k+ / year (indicative)
- Separate claim ladder from classical filter product marketing
- Code-capacity DEM regimes; rotated surface codes d=5–13 materials under NDA (separate ladder). Public overview: quantum.html
- NDA-gated methodology packs where applicable
- Commercial terms for decoder-stack embedding (external preprocessing)
- Research collaboration on circuit-level boundaries (not sold as hardware-proven)
Restrictions (all paid tiers)
