GSRF is deterministic (no stochastic training step in the Practical core): same inputs and
parameters → same outputs. Buyers still need a written cage of what that core is not.

Is GSRF deterministic?
Yes — Practical core is a deterministic recursive filter in log-space. Deterministic does not mean universally safe for every control job.
What is the safety cage?
Published non-claims: not a tracker, not delay-tolerant command smoother, not fixed-FA residual detector, not always-beats-EMA.
Does deterministic mean certified for safety-critical SIL?
No SIL/certification claim is made on the public site. Procurement still needs your own validation and license terms.
